Connex Awards $7,500 Grant to Behavioral Health Services in New Haven, CT

The FRE Behavioral Health clinic in New Haven has been awarded a $7,500 grant to support the basic needs of its clients thereby promoting their overall well-being and fostering a supportive environment for their recovery and growth.  

Leniz Orozco, Program Director said, “Through this grant, we will be able to develop comprehensive programs and initiatives that focus on meeting basic needs. Some of the services we provide to our clients include transportation vouchers, facilitating access to nutritious meals, coordinating with community organizations to ensure clients have access to necessary resources, just to name a few.”
